Italian actress Gabriella Giardina breaks international barriers

Gabriella Giardina dreamed of being an actress since she was a little girl. She is now living her dream.

After receiving her Acting degree, she was cast in the award-winning Bollywood feature “Yaariyan”, followed by starring in TV commercials such as Tubord Zero, Alor Coconut Water and Exhibit Calendar, as well as in numerous successful photo shoots for various brands including Myntra, Horizon Sunglasses and Yellow Jeans for Denim.

She played leads in several short films such as “Suitcase”, “The Final Cut”, “Beware” and “Till we Meet Again” and, in spring of 2016, she performed the role of Katrina in the musical “A Night at The Black Cat Cabaret” in Santa Monica.

Recently she has been cast as lead actress in the inspired video music “Leila” and moreover she signed for several new projects, which will bring her into TV series, documentary and new feature films.

Giardina speaks of her new challenges saying, “My ultimate goal has always been to be involved in projects that tell a story sending an important message, that will reach and move people”.

About her mentors she shares, “Among the first are my faith and my parents. I definitely carry it in everything I do. It keeps me going. And I am proud that directors, photographers and partners I have worked with encouraged and cheered me on”.

Giardina, talking about one of her upcoming films adds, “When I first read the script of “If This is Death”, I found it to be very unusual and interesting. It’s a story with intricare characters. We are very thrilled to be making this movie”.

And on relaxing, “I love surrounding myself with good friends. One thing that I love to do, no matter which activity or with whom, is to eat! I absolutely love food!”

On her fans, “I hope I will keep making them proud”.
